Firefly Restaurant in the Dupont Circle area is seeking well-qualified line cooks and dishwasher applicants to fill current openings. Cooks need to have a minimum of two years fine dining experience or 4 years of high volume experience. Experience with fresh seafood a plus. Must be flexible and willing to learn.
