Job Description Our Lending institution is looking for a Mortgage Loan Originator who is prepared to make a difference in the lives of customers looking to buy a home or refinance. The Mortgage Loan Originator will be responsible for discussing client's needs, recommending the best loan products, helping customers put together a complete loan package and working with the underwriting team throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate also has experience with the purchase market and comes to the table with an existing book of Realtor based business. Our top sales people earned well over $200,000 last year. (4 month guaranteed salary for the right candidate.)
