Human Resources Assistant
Job Description We are seeking a good generalist with a human resource background to join our team! The responsibilities will include but are not limited to assisting in the payroll processing, implementation of the daily functions of the human resource office and administratively supporting the Director/Principal of the community. Responsibilities: Assist with screening, recruiting potential employees Assist with On-boarding new employees Assist in implementing company culture, values and policies Provide management with requested reports and documents Accurately maintain employee files Assist with payroll Qualifications: 3 or more years experience in Human Resources, Business or related field Self-starter who is detailed oriented Ability to effectively manage workload to meet deadlines while ensuring high standard of quality Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledgeable of payroll software and personnel management Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must possess a strong customer service focus, professional appearance and a positive attitude Company Description Springwell Senior Living Community is a provider of full-service Independent Living, Traditional Assisted Living, and Memory Care Assisted Living located on a beautiful 15 acre campus in historic Mount Washington Village, close to the Baltimore City/County line.
