Align the marketing activities across the Americas Region, which includes the US, Canada, Mexico and Brazil in both the Management Systems and Professional Services businesses to address critical pain points in the Sectors (healthcare, food, built and others). Lead and oversee the planning, development and execution of the Americas sector marketing strategy and execution, communications, and market research traversing the America's as well as company product lines. Responsibilities * Marketing strategy development and execution, including but not limited to: + One BSI - the full suite of products and services presented as a solution to key sectors * America's go to market specific to strategic sectors * Branding and integrated multi-channel communication/messaging * Marketing metrics, communications, visibility and reporting America's marketing execution - integrating across marketing disciplines, streams, sectors and global to deliver against company objectives like: increased awareness, lead generation, increased share of wallet Lead various Americas sector marketing initiatives across hospitals, medical device manufacturers, pharma and eventually food and/or built Support/partner with new Business Development Directors across respective sectors/accounts Partner and provide America's input to Sector Marketing teams Lead, redirect or alter major corporate initiatives on strategy and business models Champion research/data to identify opportunities, inform priorities and investments for sector(s) Provide transparent status, results, metrics that support the agreed upon objectives for internal sector clients * Partner with PR and social media programs to increase awareness and create inbound marketing channels for sectors * Develop segmentation to identify new/new opportunities and to increase share of wallet with existing customers within the sector * Competitive analysis/market intelligence * Ability to lead/influence/manage within a matrix structure * Sets high standards and inspires others; leads by example. * Highly self-motivated, able to move effortlessly from the strategic to the tactical. Willingness to roll up their sleeves. * Technically savvy - well versed in technology application and use to drive marketing and differentiate the brand * Flexible, with high energy level - must thrive on hard work, delighting in working on multiple tasks simultaneously, drawing them promptly to conclusion and moving on to new ones. * Implement change and delivering continuous improvement * Develop effective relationships, and therefore operate successfully at all levels, within and outside the organisation * Good executive level communication and presentation skills. * Intelligence, intellectual integrity and curiosity - self-confident, puts the needs of the business first; able to challenge and be challenged; needs to quickly absorb relevant information and use it to improve or change programs.
