PRCS is seeking a Sports Specialist to join our Sports Division based in Ashburn, VA. Reporting to the Sports Program Manager, a top priority for this position will be to manage and coordinate year-round countywide sports camps, clinics and instructional programs for youth throughout Loudoun County. In addition, this position will: Coordinate recruitment and hiring; oversee sports camps and clinics; create promotional materials to publicize programs; recommend program enhancements; provide contract management; assist in meeting aggressive revenue targets; and secure and coordinate facility use Successful candidates will: Assist with local and national sports tournaments/events Occasionally work evenings or weekends On a rotating basis, serve as point of contact after-hours (on call) Strive to exceed expectations, foster relationships with positive and effective communication, demonstrate competency working with innovative and evolving technology and equipment Loudoun County Regular Full-time Employees are eligible for full benefits including but not limited to the following as a part of a total rewards package!
