    To qualify at the GS-15 grade level, you must have: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level. Specialized experience is defined as experience that is in or directly related to the line of work of this position and has equipped you with the knowledge and competencies to successfully perform the duties of this position. More specifically, this requirement involves experience in: (1) Implementing information security policies and procedures; (2) Ensuring government information systems are in compliance with the Federal Information Security Management Act of 2002 (FISMA); (3) Business/Customer relationship management experience to engage customers and stakeholders to assess and analyze their current and future business needs; AND (4) Leading and managing people and organizations to include actively leading and managing organizational change.

    A written test is not required.

    Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.

    This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

    The duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.

    Stipulations of Employment:

    This term appointment may be extended up to a maximum total period of 4 years or terminated at any time at management discretion. Selection does not confer eligibility to be promoted or reassigned to other positions or to be non-competitively converted to a career-conditional appointment.

    Selection for this term position may require serving a 1-year trial period.

    Work Schedule:

    This position allows for a flexible work schedule.
