Specialized Experience is defined as: serving as a technical expert and providing advice and assistance on agency-wide automated financial systems; identifying problems, isolating the cause and recommending system enhancements and modifications; developing financial policies, procedures and practices; and administering, planning, creating, and organizing training programs.
