Over three years of experience with engineering newer Microsoft Exchange platforms (2013/2016/Exchange Online) is required. Over three years of experience with Powershell to configure Exchange servers and manage account/mailboxes. Experience with Office 365 administration including using Powershell in O365 desired. Experience with migration and cloud adoption is desired. Experience with Proofpoint Protection Server is desired. Experience with change/incident management using Remedy desired. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing with senior staff, information systems professionals, and non-technical users is required. Demonstrated experience in supporting 2nd or 3rd tier escalated customer support requests is required. Requires night work and on-call support via mobile device 24x7. Ability to work additional hours as necessary. Must be able to secure and maintain Federal Government security clearances as deemed appropriate by senior management.

Minimum five years of related experience required. Bachelors degree preferred.
