Litigation Legal Administrative Assistant – Baltimore
Top area law firm has an opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to Partners and Associates within their Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice group. Responsibilities will include: preparing binders, client billing, document production, court filings, calendar management, travel, communication with clients, court personnel, and vendors, and other administrative duties as required.
Candidate should have a minimum of five years of law firm litigation experience and knowledge of the deposition process. Advanced use of MS Word (including redlining, comparing documents, advanced formatting, TOA and TOC creations. Candidate should have knowledge of document management systems such as WorkSite/FileSite and Relativity experience is a plus. Candidate should be a self-starter, team player, and be able to set priorities. Firm offers a generous benefits package and salary commensurate with experience.
