R & W Group is staffing a role for a Senior Facilities/Office Services Assistant with one of our favorite law firm clients, located in the Northern Virginia Metro Area. Reporting to the Facilities Manager for the firm, you will have the opportunity to handle various facilities administrative responsibilities, including coordination and delivery of inter-office mail and shipped packages; office equipment and conference room set-up and take-downs; handling large scale printing and reproduction assignments; and troubleshooting mechanical issues as they arise with firm machinery. You also must possess excellent Microsoft Office skills, excellent customer service and attention to detail, and the ability to effectively multitask and juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
