We are seeking a technical recruiter for an agency-type recruiting position. The ideal candidate is someone with a personable attitude and a drive to learn and succeed. Job Responsibilities: . Recruiting, screening and presenting qualified candidates for our clients needs based on job descriptions. . Conducting phone based pre-screening of candidates to evaluate their skills, suitability, availability, compensation and understand their job preferences. . Manage the recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs. . Assisting in verifying credentials, checking references, background checks, etc. . Scheduling interviews, debriefing candidates before and after interviews. . Strong negotiation skills required including managing the offer process with candidates. . Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation with candidates. . Building a database of candidates with whom you have a relationship with. . Understanding technology and the marketplace. . Proactively sourcing candidates in assigned focus areas. . Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual growth goals. Requirements: . Bachelor's degree strongly preferred . Competitive, energetic and motivated recruiting professional . Ability to prioritize and multi-task and in a fast paced environment . Excellent verbal and written communication skills . Strong work ethic with a passion to work hard . Interest in making an impact in and contribution to our growing staffing organization . A breadth of technical knowledge is highly desirable . Operate with minimal supervision .
