Digital Strategy Lead
LMI seeks a digital strategy lead to define and implement digital communications for the company. The ideal candidate has experience in leading brands' digital presence from website, to social, to paid advertising. The digital lead is strategic and detail oriented, curious, and constantly learning new skills to keep up with industry trends. Responsibilities Develop immersive digital content for LMI's brand while supporting client and project teams in the creation of innovative online marketing strategies.Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of day-to-day and mid-term digital communications activities.Utilize various sources to develop data-driven KPI dashboards that identify influencers and target audiences, monitor reach and resonance, and measure campaigns' effectiveness.Work with marketing project managers to develop digital thought leaders, position service lines and the LMI brand for future work, and execute campaigns online.Demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills to ensure campaigns are on track and on budget; ensure teammates are aware of project status.Manage and maintain LMI's digital presence, including content strategy and development.Manage near- and long-term projects with strong time and project management skills, identifying risks and opportunities during agile development.Update customer profiles based on new data to focus all activities on audience. Suggest new campaigns, and constantly monitor tone, corporate voice, and the overall approach.Co-create digital advertising strategies with marketing leads; purchase, develop, and implement digital ads.Improve SEO and SEM performance over time.Work beyond job description to creatively problem solve and provide the highest level of service.Be a true team member by collaborating, multi-teaming, and using diverse skill sets to create better content.Prepare and deliver briefings to senior executives. Consistently communicate value of digital services to all levels of the organization, educate new adopters, update leadership on successes and areas for growth, and generate new ideas to mobilize employees on digital.Manages LMI's digital reputation. Qualifications Experience monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of corporate digital platforms.Experience in a high-profile communications role supporting branded organizations in an agency or corporate communications setting.Experience developing communications across platforms, including print, digital, mobile, and social media.Proven ability to form "soft teams" to implement communications strategies across the enterprise.Knowledge of digital communications trends and ability to adapt to changing technologies within the digital space.Proven experience managing search engine optimization and the content strategy to drive traffic.2-5 years' experience managing social media accounts professionally and implementing Google AdWords campaigns, paid social media campaigns, digital advertising budgets, landing pages, and email campaigns.Experience utilizing A/B testing and persona development.Knowledge of web design, HTML, CCS, CMS administration, Salesforce, and SharePoint.Experience with B2G or B2B sales funnel.Demonstrated expertise in web and social analytics tools, with a passion for understanding audiences.Bachelor's degree in a related field.Certifications in Google Analytics and AdWords a plus.
