As a OneMain Recruiter you will facilitate the recruiting, interviewing and hiring process for assigned divisions within the Consumer Finance Group (CFG). You will provide guidance and direction to assigned hiring managers and Human Resources team members on recruiting issues to ensure the consistent application of policies in compliance with legal requirements and OneMain practice. You will also perform duties with latitude for independent judgment according to company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities: Partner with business managers in a consultative and strategic capacity to identify and hire quality talent Develop successful sourcing strategies and tactics to meet current and future needs Manages to functional staffing strategy regularly reporting successes and areas of opportunity to the business unit Conducts screening of qualified candidates and facilitates the overall interview and feedback processQualifications: Bachelor s Degree or equivalent training and experience 2 to 4 years of Recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced high-volume recruiting environment Proven success building client relationships and delivering upon sourcing/placement metrics Experience with major sourcing sites (LinkedIn, Indeed, CareerBuilder, etc) required Ability to manage client and candidate expectations through realistic previews of the job and organization Strong interpersonal skills along with persuasive verbal and written skills Performs successfully in a high change environment; Able to quickly and effectively transition between tasks. Possesses a strategic and consultative approach to recruiting Previous experience supporting remote clients with the ability to manage hiring across multiple geographic areas Negotiation skills and consultative skills Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures are executed Must be able to work independently, as well, as in a team environment Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint), and applicant tracking systems; knowledge of Workday a plus
