One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service that demonstrates your experience in: managing processes and procedures for the personnel staffing and operations program; conducting analysis of staffing needs for the agency through qualitative and quantitative analysis; and analyzing Federal Legislative proposals for impact on agency's operations.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. PPP PILOT: The Washington Headquarters Service is currently operating under an approved reengineered Priority Placement Program (PPP) pilot for all positions in its serviced workforce.
