  • In order to be found qualified for a Mediator, GS-241-13 position; your resume MUST clearly reflect your specialized experience in COLLECTIVE BARGAINING. Specialized experience is defined as at least one (1) year of full-time experience serving as the Chief/Lead Spokesperson/Second Chair/Benefits Expert (representing labor or management) in the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements OR while serving as a Mediator or Facilitator with parties engaged in the collective bargaining process.
