  • GS-13: At least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, that included: The incumbent is responsible for planning, developing, and presenting analyzes and studies leading to development, validation, or improvement of Agency mobilization programs, polices, and procedures; Assesses ongoing readiness plans, programs, and procedures. Performs research and analysis of the current planning factors and provides input for updated plans. Planning areas include but are not limited to military personnel and issues, Board Member Program, Health Care Personnel Delivery System, Registrant Integrated Processing System, and the Registrant Information and Management System; Conducts studies and evaluations on the effectiveness of readiness plans. Applies analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to issues/studies concerning the efficiency and effectiveness of readiness program operations. Identifies and develops data required for use in the management and direction of planning programs. Projects and studies typically require knowledge of major issues, program goals and objectives, and work processes of the organization.

    TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENT:

    Under competitive merit promotion procedures, any individual who is currently holding, or who has held within the previous 52 weeks, a General Schedule position under non-temporary appointment in the competitive or excepted service, must meet "time-in-grade" requirements (have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade of the grade for which you are applying). You must include an SF-50 (you may need to submit more than one) that supports meeting this requirement with your application package.

    All qualification requirements must be met by midnight (Eastern Time) on the closing date of this vacancy announcement.

    There is no positive education requirements at the GS-13 grade level.
