  • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: To be considered minimally qualified for this position, you must demonstrate that you have the required specialized experience and/or education for the respective grade level in which you are applying:

    For the GS-06 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-05 grade level. Examples of specialized experience are:
    • Establishing and maintaining files in accordance with established procedures and retention regulations
    • Assisting with the preparation of recurring reports
    • Responding to questions from inside or outside the agency concerning procedures or regulations
    • Assisting with maintaining spreadsheet data
    • Editing the formatting, alignment, and graphs of reports and other documents created in word-processing software.
    • Entering data into online criminal database; verifying data for accuracy
    Education cannot be substituted for qualification for this position.

    Must be able to pass a typing proficiency test surpassing 40 words per minute with three or fewer errors.
