Specialized experience is experience that has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Examples of such experience must demonstrate the following: (1) Knowledge of the journalism and broadcasting principles for digital, social, radio, TV and Internet; (2) Proven ability planning and directing the development of radio, TV, digital and social media by selecting, assigning and approving material for appropriate content, balance and target area interest; (3) Expert skill in writing, editing and producing highly-targeted original and complex multimedia program material; (4) Demonstrated ability leading and advising a subordinate staff in the daily broadcasting of Urdu programming for multimedia programming; and (5) Strong leadership and interpersonal skills and ability to form a motivated team of multimedia journalists.
Applicants cannot substitute education for experience.
