- Provide administrative support to the manager and team
- Manage calendars and schedules
- Process work orders
- Arrange travel
- Take meeting minutes
- Prepare meeting materials and agendas
- Assit with PowerPoint presentations as needed
- 3-5 years previous experience performing admin functions, such as calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, expense reporting etc.
- Proficient with Outlook and Google calendar
- Positive attitude and sense of urgency
- Previous experience with office software
