Compliance Manager Assisted Housing Programs
Grady Management Inc., a leader in the property management arena in the Washington DC and Baltimore areas, has an opportunity for an experienced Compliance Manager.
You must be proficient with Section 8 based programs including vouchers / certificates and LIHTC. Must have a working knowledge of waiting list, income allowances and rent calculations process, lease renewal (recertification) utility allowances, fraud and termination of tenancy rules and billing as well as HUD reporting.
You will be responsible for maintaining information regarding financial and compliance reporting guidelines received from HUD, VHDA, CDA, DHCD, local entities, and ownership as it pertains to compliance issues. In addition, you will maintain up-to-date information on annual adjustment factors, FMRs, income limits, rents and rent schedules.
Certified Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) a plus. Computer literacy and working knowledge of fair housing regulations required. Local travel required – no overnights.
