    Applicants must have specialized experience and/or directly related education in the amounts shown below:

    One full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 in the Federal service. Specialized experience MUST include all of the following:
    • Providing assistance to administrative management services in support of program operations to include, but not limited to: maintaining and tracking government purchase card, time and attendance, facilities, supplies, and acquisition entry systems.
    • Assisting with creating and tracking correspondence packages.
    • Purchasing using an organizational purchase card.
    • Reviewing and processing domestic and international travel orders and vouchers; and
    • Assisting with property management to include the annual inventory process.
    OR A Master’s degree (or equivalent graduate degree), or 2 full years of graduate education leading to a Master’s degree.

    OR J.D. or L.L.B., if related.

    OR a combination of education and experience (only graduate education in excess of one year can be used to qualify with a combination)

You can receive credit for education received outside the United States if you provide evidence that it is comparable to an accredited educational institution in the United States when you apply.
