Product Marketing Manager, Student Success / Starfish The Product Marketing Manager for Student Success is responsible for supporting the strategic marketing efforts around the Starfish Enterprise Success Platform. This position drives the development of compelling, useful, actionable content for use in a variety of media, and acts as a critical hub for Starfish marketing information and expertise across the business. This role is also tasked with identifying creative new opportunities for improving and growing the Starfish presence among current clients, future clients, and the student success market. This position will be located in: Arlington, VA (Clarendon metro) Essential Functions/Responsibilities Conceive, develop and deliver content for collateral, case studies, data sheets, press releases, white papers, research reports, and other assets in support of the market strategy and needs of the Starfish business. Build and manage the plans for national conferences, user groups, association meetings, Webinars, and other key events. Develop goals and key metrics for marketing activities and work with the events and campaign teams to execute, measure, and report on these activities. Work directly with Starfish leadership and the sales, services, and account management teams to assess marketing needs and deliver insights, assets, and support for specific sales goals. Maintain the Starfish social media presence and explore opportunities for growth. Support internal communications, meetings and events. Minimum Qualifications 5+ years in product marketing, with a preference for experience in edtech and/or higher education Excellent communication skills, including writing and public speaking Highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at project planning and tracking Hobsons recognizes the importance of taking care of our most valuable assets our employees.
