Your application will be evaluated based on your ability to demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:
- Ability to serve as a supervisor and a senior level advisor to top agency management on critical issues in the field of Information Assurance and Cybersecurity.
- Ability to serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative.
- Knowledge of information security program management and project management principles and techniques.
- Knowledge of risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk)
- Knowledge of resource management principles and techniques.
- Ability to develop policy, plans and strategy in compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and standards in support of organizational cyber activities.
52 weeks of specialized experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to the GS-14 level in the Federal government.
Examples of such experience include: Managing enterprise risk, building and managing enterprise-wide risk mitigation teams, and experience in building cybersecurity workforce development paths.

3. Oral Communication - Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately.
4. Problem Solving - Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
