    Specialized experience:
    For the CN-53, you must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the CN-52grade level in the Federal service (For qualification purposes, the CN-52 is broadly equivalent to the GS-12). For this position, specialized experience is defined as providing analysis of and functional support for a Salesforce-based customer relationship management (CRM) system (requirements gathering, user story generation, testing, analysis of workflows, support for validation rules, etc.) and

    Experience in at least three (3) of the following:
    1. Defining and documenting business processes and software requirements for technology initiatives, including work flow management systems and business analysis tools;
    2. Leading and/or facilitating usability testing, user acceptance testing (UAT) and Post Implementation Verification (PIV) throughout a product development process;
    3. Collaborating with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements using agile user stories and test cases; and ensuring alignment/traceability between user stories, detailed requirements/tasks, test cases, and test results;
    4. Overseeing a team to gather valid business needs and develop requirements and testing methodologies in support of technology-related projects and addressing operational risks.

    CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
    - A one year probationary period may be required.
    - Must successfully complete a background investigation.
    - Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to determine your suitability for Federal employment, at the time requested by the agency.
