Chick-fil-A York Road Night Leadership for Kitchen Operations Chick-fil-A York Road is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant serving the Cockeysville, Timonium and Lutherville communities. We are looking for Experienced Kitchen Leaders for our Night Kitchen Operations Team who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description and Duties Chick-fil-A Kitchen Team Leader possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. They perform food preparation duties including cooking and preparing menu items. Additional leadership duties include: Maintain RQA standards at all times for service, quality and cleanliness Maintain a safe and positive atmosphere for team members Ensure that expectations and goals are being pursued Maximize efficiency during peak times Demonstrate the ability to lead by taking initiative Train candidates for future leadership roles Assist management in identifying trouble areas and brainstorming solutions and enforcing store policies and procedures THE IDEAL CANDIDATE has food service leadership experience working in a fast-paced kitchen. Shift Openings Full and Part Time positions available 2pm-11pm Monday - Saturday Requirements: Must have fast-paced kitchen leadership experience Must work one weekend night per week (Saturday preferred) Must have reliable transportation Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent leadership in the kitchen Must be physically fit and flexible to be able to: work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time twist, turn, stoop and bend over lift 50 lbs walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc. Salary and Compensation This Leadership position offers compensation of $12.00 - $15.00 per hour, depending on level of leadership experience and ability to lead a team and produce results.
