Kitchen Operations Team Member Chick-fil-A York Road is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant serving the Cockeysville, Timonium and Lutherville communities. We are looking for new Team Members for our kitchen operations who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Job Description and Duties A Chick-fil-A kitchen team member performs food preparation duties including cooking and preparing menu items. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. The ideal Candidate has food service experience working in a fast-paced kitchen. Shift Openings Full and Part Time positions available 5am-11pm Monday - Saturday Requirements: Must have reliable transportation Experience in food service in a fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own Must be physically fit and flexible and be able to: * work on your feet for at least 5 hours at a time * twist, turn, stoop and bend over * lift 50 lbs * walk while carrying heavy items, pushing trash carts, etc. Salary and Compensation This position offers compensation of $10.50 - $11.50 per hour, depending on experience.
