Revenue Strategy Associate Term
This is a non-career term position.
Serves in the Office of Marketing and Consumer Strategy in the Office of Revenue at the Headquarters Office.
Installs, configures, maintains, and troubleshoots business intelligence (BI) dashboards and scorecards of non-airline revenue. Performs related functions.
Creates, maintains, and enhances BI dashboards and scorecards to track, forecast, and perform revenue analytics and develop strategies for non-airline business (e.g., concessions, ground transportation, real estate, and marketing).
Works with the Office of Technology to improve performance, fine tune configuration, and gather data; assists with hot fixes, maintenance packs, and upgrades.
Provides input for the development and analysis of website revenue strategies.
Works with others in the Office to collect data for dashboards and scorecards and develop and implement management reporting and performance monitoring with an emphasis on the customer experience.
Designs and modifies reports, dashboards, and scorecards to meet managementâ€™s data analytic needs.
Assists in analyzing non-airline revenue and opportunities, prepares reports and presentations for revenue performance, and assists in developing revenue strategies.
Performs mathematical and statistical analyses of financial, economic, managerial, and operational data including developing and using statistical models to assist in planning and decision making.
Analyzes revenue performance to determine revenue trends and drivers for ground transportation, in-terminal concessions, and business-to-business activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
One year of experience in financial or economic data analytics to include using BI software (such as Qlik Sense, Qlik View, or SAP BI) to create analytic dashboards; collecting and analyzing data to develop and track key revenue performance indicators; and using a variety of quantitative and qualitative measures in strategic business revenue planning or operations research.
Knowledge of and ability to create BI analytic dashboards to perform detailed revenue analytics and track and forecast revenue.
Knowledge of financial and economic analysis, including modeling and forecasting, to help measure risks and benefits of revenue initiatives and analyze revenue performance for strategic revenue planning and policy development.
Ability to perform complex analyses of data and information and make recommendations.
Skill in using a computer, with emphasis on BI software and financial or revenue tracking software.
Ability to speak and write effectively.
Experience using Qlik Sense to create financial dashboards.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
Masterâ€™s Degree in business administration, finance, marketing or a related field
A Bachelorâ€™s Degree in any field.
