Staff Management | SMX seeks a Recruiting Supervisor to work at our client's facility in Winchester, VA. The Recruiting Supervisor is a full-time position with SMX and will be responsible for making sure that all of our client's staffing needs are met and that it's done in a timely fashion. The general responsibilities of the Recruiting Supervisor are: to manage site recruitment efforts, process daily and weekly reports of all recruitment efforts, analyze reports on a weekly basis to identify recruitment needs and meet with the Senior Manager and client to formulate a recruitment forecast. The ideal candidate will have prior management and high volume recruiting experience. What you'll do: Process full cycle recruiting with potential candidates from creating and placing advertisements, interviewing and conducting orientations, processing i9s and submitting background checks. Work with the client to determine best high skills candidates for contracted high skill positions. Create & maintain exceptional new hire/employee files. Drive and insure compliance of proper hiring practices. Understand and deliver our contractual obligations. Identify resolution to issues and take actions while working in a fast-paced environment. Analyze data, reports, historical trends and client feedback on a daily and weekly basis to identify recruitment needs. Meet with the Senior Manager and our client to understand and analyze the recruitment forecast. Insure deliverables within the budget. What you bring to the table: High School Diploma/GED required. Previous high volume recruiting experience. Management/Supervisory experience. Great organization skills and ability to manage timelines. Strong Computer Skills (MS Office, Excel, PPT and Word). Strong Customer Service and Client Relations. Eager and able to learn in a fast-paced environment.
