JURISolutions is seeking a Paralegal/Legal Assistant III with 5 to 7 years' experience to support a federal government agency with document review, legal research, drafting and editing, filing, ad hoc FOIA support and correspondence logging and response. The preferred candidate will be able to competently perform the following tasks: Analyzing and evaluating case files against litigation worthiness standards Noting and correcting case file deficiencies Review and analysis of available precedents relevant to cases under consideration for use in presenting case summaries to trial attorneys Gathering, sorting, classifying and interpreting data to discover patterns of possible discriminatory activity Interviewing relevant personnel and potential witnesses to gather information Performing statistical evaluations Please send resume along with salary requirements to: [Click Here to Email Your Resume] Inquiries without salary requirements may not be considered.
