Responsibilities:Design implementation in different formats and mediums for internal and external presentations.Management of existing projects/clients and research/evaluation of new opportunities.Assist in the production of proposals, ranging from standard form pitches to larger, more intensive proposals on behalf of external clients.Maintain company and licensed databases to track prospects, clients and deal information.Research projects as assigned, completing market surveys, includes gathering building information, maps, pictures and CoStar data.Interpret complex research data and disseminate into simple language for sales and marketing materials.Prepare and distribute marketing materials/packages including maps, aerials, team marketing pieces, property brochures, property flyers, email blasts, tour books, presentations, marketing plans, submarket updates in conjunction with marketing department.Process and submit leasing deals and proposals.Receive, review and coordinate various legal documents for signature/execution.Support brokers in utilizing Outlook, CRM and other data entry and maintenance, for the purposes of direct marketing and client relationship development.Provide the brokerage team dynamic multifaceted support that offers value and development in identified client pursuits.Ad hoc administrative functions that support the business and revenue generation within the sales team eg calendar management, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management.Assist and participate as needed for industry functions or client events.Assert discretion and professionalism when given access to confidential and/or private information. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required1-3 years of experience in a professional company environment preferred. Portfolio of previous work/projects preferred but not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).Proficiency with InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Illustrator).Experience working with PeopleSoft, Contact databases and email marketing tools.Adept at following trends in technology and tools to assist in marketing and business development efforts.Ability to learn new mapping, graphics or industry specific software.Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentStrong time management skills and ability to work both independently and with a team environment.Excellent written and oral communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with different audiences and present complicated information clearly.Excel at multi-tasking and task prioritization when supporting multiple people.Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.Works well in a collaborative and team-oriented culture.Ability to stay calm under pressure and multiple deadlines, some of which come last minute.JLL Is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJLL is committed to developing and maintaining a diverse workforce.
