This is a senior level, operations role for a national brand with strong presence in the DC area.Senior operations experience in hospitality venues with F&B revenues $30M+ generated from restaurants, catering, events, functions and entertainment revenues.Convention experience will be a plus.The ideal candidate will have senior level multi-unit, multi concept experience combined with business strategy and full financial responsibility for the annual F&B revenue.Senior level leadership and experience should also include heavy on-premise catering/event oversight or high volume banquets. Senior level operations from full service premium restaurants or hotels will be a good fit.This is a high profile, high visibility role within the DC market.
