CRDF Global is seeking a highly skilled Pricing Analyst.  The Pricing Analyst prepares complex pricing proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) from Federal and Civilian government agencies. He/She participates on proposal teams for new business opportunities and assumes the responsibility for preparing competitive and fully compliant cost/price proposals.
 

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop pricing for proposal submissions and ROMs to ensure compliance with disclosure statements, policies and procedures, Federal Acquisition Regulations, Cost Accounting Standards and Truth in Negotiations Act.
  • Work in partnership with proposal and capture teams, business management, contracts/subcontracts management and line management to produce high-quality, cost-effective pricing submissions.
  • Provide value-add analysis and recommendations during proposal development.
  • Analyze solicitations to determine proposal requirements and perform quality assurance reviews to ensure that cost/price proposal components are accurate and responsive to solicitation requirements.
  • Prepare proposal price models utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • Prepares all pricing templates and volumes for submissions.
  • Writes cost narrative explanations to support pricing strategy implementation.
  • Maintain complete files to include required supporting documentation.
  • Support government and internal cost/price audits.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research on incumbent contracts.
  • Supports Program Financial Analyst on monthly and quarterly internal reporting.
  • Maintains Basis of Estimate submissions.
  • Prepares and presents business case for submission to operations staff during readiness plan.
  • Support other activities and staff as required.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the requirements of applicable government regulations.
  • Familiarity with various contract types (FFP, FPLOE, CPFF, CPAF, CPIF, T&M, GSA Schedule, BPA, IDIQ and commercial schedules).
  • Working knowledge of Cost Estimating Systems, profitability analysis, BOE development and cost/price modeling in Excel.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of pricing, contracting, and business management.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities in a schedule driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team oriented, collaborative environment.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office products, with advanced Excel skills including experience in creating complex formulas.
  • U.S. work authorization is required.
