  • Specialized Experience:
    GS-12: Applicant must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and responsibility to the GS-11 level in the Federal service that included experience such as:
    • Conducting analysis, reporting findings, and making recommendations to HR leadership in an organization to ensure agency business decisions are made based on sound data analytics;
    • Analyzing, evaluating, and reporting on data needed for direction of policy and programs concerning multiple HR sub-sets;
    • Supporting the designing, developing, and implementing/enhancement of new HR systems and databases;
      Mining data and turning raw data into useful information (data visualization) - using a diverse set of Business Intelligence tools -- and to depict complex data sets;
    • Extracting data and producing canned and ad hoc reports from in a multiple systems mainframe and dispersed data sources/sets.
