To qualify for this position at the FV-I or FG/GS-13 level, applicants must demonstrate they possess one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (FG/GS-12) or pay band level (FV-H) in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience which is typically directly related to the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills or abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience is defined as: experience collecting complex data, analyzing facts and preparing reports and briefings for senior management; AND experience with data visualization tools (like Tableau); planning databases (like Dashboard and Business Plan Builder) and SharePoint.
