    Managing Property Income
    Ensure timely rent collection and rent processing/bank deposits.Utilize phone, written communication to follow up daily with unpaid Financial management including management of a budgetEnsure proper file set up and move ins for all new resident files
    Achieve leasing benchmarks
    Coach and motivate sales team to meet or exceed occupancy targets Maintain closing ratio of 40% or betterCreate and manage marketing and outreach programs.Ensure team manages all leads and completes all follow-up calls per lead.
    Resident retention goals
    Monthly lease renewals and resident retention initiativesEnsure team delivers superior customer serviceEffectively and professionally resolve conflictTimely follow-up on all resident issuesManage resident event activitiesEnsure that service tickets are completed in timely manner.
    Office Administration
    Timely submission of reportsVerify collections are completed in a timely manner. Ensure site inspections are completed and identify issues that need to be addressed.Supervise the Organization and maintenance of all lease files
  1. Five (5) Years of Property Management experience
  2. Proficiency and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, proficient in Excel and Social Media sites including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.
  3. Previous experience of Yardi, a plus.
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of Fair Housing requirements.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Desire to obtain industry related licenses and/or certifications and continued education.
  7. Desire to participate in industry related association events and other networking events.
  8. Prolonged standing, walking, and climbing stairs.
