The Ford Agency has a unique opening for an Executive Assistant position supporting the Executive Vice President of a renowned global trade association. This role requires an individual with a keen eye for detail, passion for efficiency, as well as the confidence to exercise sound judgement and act independently without extensive direction.  If you are looking for a role that will keep you engaged and challenged while having a great work environment, we want to hear from you!  This is a temp to hire position with a salary up to 75K.

Responsibilities include:

•Oversee the daily administrative affairs for the EVP, including managing complex scheduling

•Provide planning and logistical support for various meetings and other events

•Draft and edit documents and communications

•Arrange domestic and international travel

•Manage expense reports, maintain databases, and prepare reports as needed

  • Assist other departments with support projects

Candidate requirements:

•BA/BS degree required

•At least 3 years of Executive-Level administrative experience

•Experience handling confidential information with tact and discretion

•Professional organization skills that reflect ability to prioritize and juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail

•Professional written and verbal presentation

•High-level proficiency with the MSOffice Suite and research capabilities
