Element Fleet Management is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies to attract the best talent to Element, as well as driving the recruitment process and facilitating selection decisions. In doing so, the Sr. Recruiter has significant impact on the business, as a whole, in terms of adding to and expanding the total talent capabilities of the organization. Additionally, legal compliance is critical to minimize legal risk associated with recruitment and selection. Duties & Responsibilities: Consult with hiring managers to identify and understand responsibilities, job specifications, qualifications and required skills, knowledge and abilities for positions at all levels (associate to senior leadership) Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract high caliber talent Educate managers on recruitment process, roles and responsibilities. Clearly articulate expectations for manager engagement throughout the process Provide recommendations for interview process aligned with best practices and promoting an excellent candidate experience Recommend job posting language that will attract and engage potential candidates Understand the local labor market and develop and implement sourcing strategies for approved positions, as well as proactive sourcing strategies (passive candidates) to build pipelines. Assess effectiveness of strategies and make adjustments as needed Maintain and grow the Element employment brand through social media, internal and external communication, outreach (job fairs, relationship building with colleges, public organizations, etc.) and related efforts Recommend candidates to hiring managers for interviews and drive the process to facilitate a decision Review resumes and initiate contact with qualified candidates Interview applicants to obtain work history, education, training, skills, and salary requirements Use behavioral interviewing techniques to assess competencies, organization and position fit Focusing on the candidate experience, establish rapport, determine what is important to the candidate and sell Element as an employer of choice Understand and effectively articulate Element's employment value proposition. Extend employment offers (or equip managers to do so) and work through any negotiation points to secure formal offer acceptance Assure sourcing, screening and assessment practices, as well as documentation, meet employment legal standards and regulatory compliance requirements. Qualifications: BA/BS degree in business or related field required. 5-7 years relevant experience, with demonstrated success in a recruitment role in a B2B services environment strongly preferred Prior experience in recruiting for commercial positions (sales, strategic account management) and working in an AAP compliant recruitment environment helpful but not required Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in UltiPro, or other robust Applicant Tracking Systems or software Knowledge of employment law related to recruitment and selection Knowledge of best practices in utilizing ATS to manage requisition and candidate information Element Fleet Management is the world's leading global fleet management company, providing world-class financial and management services for commercial fleets.
