Minimum Qualification Requirements:
To qualify for this position you must meet the Specialized Experience for the series to which you are applying.
Specialized Experience for GS-11
To qualify for the GS-11, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: 1) providing technical support in a large organization with extensive interface integration; and 2) experience providing support of scheduling, debugging, implementation and execution of administrative system batch job processing using automated scheduling systems.
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. (Transcripts Required)
Combination: A combination of specialized experience and education that totals 100% of the experience requirement. (Transcripts Required)
Specialized Experience for GS-12
To qualify for the GS-12, you must possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service, or comparable experience not gained through Federal service. Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience: 1) providing technical support in a large organization with extensive interface integration; and 2) experience providing support of scheduling, debugging, implementation and execution of administrative system batch job processing using automated scheduling systems;3) supporting automated scheduling systems operations principles and Control-M technical management in a large organization with extensive interface integration; and 4) coordinating the scheduling, debugging, implementation and execution of administrative system batch job processing in a large, complex multi-organizational federal financial system environment.
NOTE: Education cannot be substituted at the GS-12 grade level.
IN ADDITION: You must have IT-related experience that demonstrates possession of each of the four (4) required competencies.

3. Interpersonal Communication- Provide quality interactions built on integrity and honesty to establish solid customer relationship foundations which foster trust, commitment, and cooperation necessary to achieve customer goals.
