Critical to this position is the ability to wear many hats as you successfully develop and drive talent solutions in the context of high-visibility, fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. The ideal candidate will be flexible and thrive as a senior-level individual contributor, working closely with a co-located and geographically dispersed team, and with the aptitude and interest for growth into a management role. IT Talent Program Development, Implementation, and Evaluation* Partner with other members of the talent team and leaders throughout IT to design and implement programs, practices, and learning content which support our talent strategies and development efforts. * Support and drive high visibility programs in areas related to talent management, learning, and development (eg technical training, onboarding and immersion, succession planning, career pathing, performance management, etc.) * Support ongoing talent program coordination, evaluation, improvement, and refinement including researching and assessing best practices and alternative approaches with program owner and steering committee* Develop, monitor, improve, and communicate talent metrics and analytics to provide insights into program opportunities* Drive the development, implementation, and improvement of talent program logistics and communications2. Support Related IT Talent and Training Efforts* Job analysis, skills assessment, and competency modeling (IT)* Career development; career path refinement* Coaching; coaching program coordination* 360 coordination and administration* Training development and evaluation* Talent and training vendor selection and coordination* Multimedia development and coordinationQualifications:Required: * Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Communications, Human Resources, Business, IT, or similar* Expertise in one or more of the following: human capital, talent development, talent program management and evaluation, training, communications, organizational development* Ability to think strategically, adapt quickly and exhibit great communication skills* High tolerance for ambiguity* Willingness to learn and combine theoretical knowledge with practical, hands on application* Demonstrated experience collaborating with a variety of stakeholders including executives, junior leaders, staff and vendors * Demonstrated skill in presenting findings and conclusions clearly and concisely to stakeholders and management* Experience facilitating focus groups, interviews, and guided discussions* Strong business acumen and mature professional judgementDesired:* Management consulting experience (talent management, human capital, HR, etc.)* Experience with data visualization, infographics and related software* Experience working with advanced presentation suites and / or analytical software* Understanding of design principles and ability to deliver learning solutions* Experience working in an IT environment* Advanced degree (eg, Masters in I/O, HR, MBA, etc.)* Professional certifications in talent, training, HR, or instructional designHours:Monday-Friday. 8:00AM-4:30PM Equal Employment Opportunity Navy Federal values, celebrates, and enacts diversity in the workplace.
