We are seeking an experienced, goal-oriented, and energetic Recruiter to search, identify, and deliver high quality talent across all service lines: contract staffing; direct placement; and outsourced services for all corporate disciplines. The most successful candidates will have top-notch customer service skills, a positive attitude, and a strong sense of urgency and internal drive to win. Essential FunctionsDay-to-Day Recruiting via phone, email, social media, etc., to build professional networks to successfully place the best talent with our clients. Responsibilities and Duties Sourcing of applicants by way of referrals, networking, social media, job boards and other creative avenues Recruiting active and passive candidates, while maintaining a local network of potential candidates within assigned discipline team (HR/Recruiting; Marketing/Communications; Technology; Operations/Administration; various outsourced client roles) Conducting interview via phone, Skype, and in person Documenting and maintaining candidate communication in an ATS/CRM Working closely with Account Managers to discuss and refine job specs for new openings with our clients Assisting with employee needs and inquiries in a timely manner Assisting with new hire and onboarding process Ensuring new employees are reporting to work, are comfortable at their positions, and are provided the necessary tools to be successful Other tasks as assigned Qualifications and Skills Recruiting experience, preferably agency, but will consider go-getter corporate recruiters who are income-driven Outstanding verbal communication skills are imperative. Must be comfortable getting on the phones with potential candidates to develop rapport to gain and share information to secure for a relationship for immediate placement or future. Strong written communications are key to attract interest and communicate value propositions. Analytical and technical abilities to effectively make use of various job platforms, social media and other technology to find candidates A strong sense of initiative, urgency, and independent problem-solving skills are a MUST Computer skills, including Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word and Excel Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and/or ATS (Applicant Tracking System) software for documenting activity, follow up, adding candidates, and mass emails to candidates and clients Bachelor's Degree preferred or prior agency experience in lieu of degree BenefitsBase Salary + Unlimited Commission Potential Competitive Benefits Package (Health, 401K, Flexible PTO)Vector Talent Resources is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
