Psychologist - Contractor We are seeking a Psychologist for Residential Program. The programs utilize trauma informed practice to treat adolescents with high intensity needs, with the goal of increasing stability, safety, and well-being for the child. The management of this program includes testing to residents, report preparation and oversight, supervision of psychology associates, ensuring compliance to State, local, and internal regulations, and program enhancement and development. ORGANIZATION Arrow Child & Family Ministries is a Christian provider of child welfare and education services for abused and neglected children and families in crisis. Through the engagement of both government and the local church, Arrow provides an array of services including foster care, adoption, residential care and treatment, child sex trafficking rehabilitation, and specialized education. All programs and services advance the well-being of children, families and communities while promoting responsibility and a commitment to strengthen family life. QUALIFICATIONS Licensed as a Psychologist with the Maryland Board of Psychologists. Approved as a Supervisor with the Maryland Board of Psychologists. At least five (5) years' experience working with children in the child welfare industry. Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondences, and memos. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside the ministry. Ability to apply Critical thinking and sound decision making skills to standardized and variable situations, in alignment with set policies and practices. Ability to prepare written case documentation that becomes part of the clients' legal record. Other Requirements Valid driver's license. Proof of current Auto Registration, Inspection and Insurance. Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state. Base Pay $500 per assessment, $100 per assessment completed by Associates under the psychologist's supervision.
