Job Summary/Company: Sparks Group is hiring for a Recruiter. We have partnered with a non-profit organization. The main responsibility of this role includes full life-cycle recruitment. Responsibilities: Full life-cycle recruiting which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing and recommending placement of candidates for all positions including entry-level, professional, technical and senior management positions as well as onboarding new hires. Partnering with managers to determine and define requirements Attending departmental staff and other meetings as requested to to acquire in depth -knowledge of department's business objectives, goals, operations and work culture. Providing regular follow up and feedback to respective hiring managers and candidates Developing a pool of candidates for current requisitions and in anticipation of future needs. Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting. Building networks to find qualified passive candidates through social media and third party agencies and search firms. Conducting reference and background checks, drafting and posting jobs, generating offer letters. Managing the requisition log and applicant/interview/hire reports Ensuring compliance with all applicable federal,state, and local employment laws. Maintain a focus on professional development and keeping abreast of Human Resources trends and issues. Qualifications/Background Profile: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent years of experience A minimum of three years of full-life cycle recrutiing Excellent communication skills and team-based project experience Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities such as with search firms and job boards Ability to work well under pressure Experience in general Human Resource function preferred Please calls Sparks Group at (301) 926-7800 to learn more about this stellar opportunity!
