Top-tier, Destination Antitrust Practice Seeks Mid-Level Associate in
Truly unique law firm opportunity for a well-credentialed associate interested in concentrating exclusively on headline-making antitrust matters. This practice represents front-page (fun) clients with their cutting-edge and of-the-moment competition issues. Due to increased workload, this firm seeks a mid-level associate (class years 2013-2016) with strong credentials who is interested in focusing exclusively on antitrust. Strong writing skills are very important to this practice. The firm's antitrust practice falls into four categories: (1) mergers, (2) litigation, (3) counseling, and (4) criminal/cartel work. If you are a 2nd-3rd year level associate with a top firm/credentials and only have a small amount of antitrust experience - but wish to develop a focus on antitrust - the firm will consider somebody like you. If you are closer to a 5th year associate, antitrust should make up at least 50% of your practice. Against a back drop of some of the most high-profile and challenging competition issues of the day, you will develop well-rounded expertise alongside renowned antitrust practitioners and contribute meaningfully to the growth of the practice. *If you would like to work in a thriving antitrust practice counseling market-leading clients on their most nuanced antitrust issues, and diversify your practice to include a mix of merger review, litigation, counseling, and cartels work, this is an exceptional opportunity to position yourself for the future.
