Human Resources Manager Contract possible Contract to hireMust be Bilingual in SpanishEssential Duties:Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.Ensures policies and procedures are followed, trains managers on how to coach and discipline employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.Informs employees of company and/or union benefitsEnsures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.Maintains and manages employees' leave benefitsReconciles monthly Union Dues, Deductions , Health and Welfare, and Training reportsInterpret and guide managers on current Collective Bargaining AgreementManage Unemployment CasesConduct annual sexual harassment trainingsPerformance government background checksCreate and/or update resumes for Managers and/or SupervisorsAdministers FMLA benefitsWork collaboratively with Union regarding Labor Management trainings, meetings and/or employee updateWork directly with Chief AdministratorSkills and Qualifications:Human Resources Management, Benefits Administration, Labor Management, Employment Law, Laws against Sexual Harassment, Excel Proficient must be Bilingual in SpanishReports to: Chief Administrator
