The Job Details are as follows:The Corporate Real Estate Analyst will analyze, synthesize and share information generated from UT's real estate and construction processes to enhance the corporate real estate department's ability to efficiently deliver world class, sustainable facilities. This role is intended to foster collaboration as well as develop and optimize work flows and processes across the corporate real estate portfolio.Key Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesManage communication of material project information with shared service departmentsCollaborate with CRE project managers to ensure prompt, accurate tracking of risks, issues, critical decisions, action items and lessons learned among all projects and that retrieval of each category of information is intuitive and efficient for CRE team and outside service providers.Improve and maintain the CRE portfolio SharePoint dashboardCoordinate with 3rd party project management resources to ensure consistent project administration across all CRE projects, including meeting minutes, budget and schedule tracking and document managementCommunicate and maintain consistent document management standards across all CRE projectsReview portfolio wide practices for opportunities to improve data managementMaintain CRE project SharePoint sitesFacilitate the interface between CRE project SharePoint site with other UT and service provider application tools where appropriateAttend weekly project meetings for CRE projectsMaintain regular project status reports for UT, specific to each shared service departmentConduct regular research on project/portfolio management best practicesConduct regular research on real estate and construction technology Minimum RequirementsBachelor of Arts or Science in a technical or design and construction related field1-3 years' experience in the real estate development, construction or design industryExperience creating and maintaining databases of large diverse sets of informationExpert knowledge of Microsoft ExcelProficient in the use of SharePointAbility to travel up to 25%Other Experience PreferredDemonstrated proficiency in managing and curating large amounts of information for diverse usersAbility to curate information consistently, with accuracy, and appropriate thoroughness within a dynamic and ever-changing portfolioWell versed in the real estate development, construction and/or portfolio management processExperience in the review of building plans, specifications and estimates of materials and costsProficient in the use of Microsoft Power BI or comparable data visualization softwareProficient in the use of project management softwareFamiliarity with the Autodesk software suiteOther Knowledge, Skills and Abilities PreferredAbility to extract material information from numerous and diverse sources of data, including narrative status updates from project stakeholders, meeting minutes, contractor pay applications, data generated from the BIM (building information modeling) process, among others and experience with integrating information exchange between systemsStrong process and organizational skills combined with exceptional communication skillsAbility to use independent judgment, problem‐solving ability, self‐starting and ability to prioritize based on relevant factorsConfidence, calmness, discretion, and patience are valued personal characteristicsUnited Therapeutics Corporation is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer - EOE Minorities / Females / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities
