The designer will be in charge of creating design materials across a wide variety of mediums and platforms. The ideal candidate has an insatiable drive for creativity, and undying urge to try something new. This individual has an excellent visual eye, and knows how to connect design concepts to project data and business objectives. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to deal with ambiguity and varied agendas. You will have the chance to use your creative and innovative design skills in a data driven environment. The designer will assist with proposals, websites, UI design and promotional materials. The multimedia designer should feel comfortable with print and online media. The multimedia designer will need to have experience working within web portals including company website and intranets.* College degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Advertising, Marketing or five years' related work experience Thorough knowledge of client relations, graphic design and production of multimedia assets. Online media and print experience are needed. * Familiarity with UI/UX best practices for web design * Demonstrated proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including: After Effects, Animate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Streamline, and Acrobat. * Experience working with WordPress templates a plus * Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, turn projects around quickly to meet tight deadlines. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
