We are currently searching for a Human Resources Recruiter/Generalist located in Hunt Valley, MD. Key Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or related field 5-8 years of applicable experience Experience with talent management, employee engagement, surveys, etc. Training experience a plus Experience with applicant tracking system Experience with Paycom payroll software preferred Government contracting industry experience working with SCA employees preferred; Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to work/lead under pressure, and have excellent analytical and organizational skills; Must be a team player and be able to build strong and lasting relationships. Responsibilities Include: Administer full life cycle recruitment process to include regulatory postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, job offers, drug screening, applicant tracking, and onboarding Develop and administer employee talent management processes including employee satisfaction and engagement Assist with and conduct various training programs Attend college career fairs and oversee various EA recruitment programs Manage applicant tracking system for external and internal use Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and position requirements Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies, payroll, benefit issues, etc. Assist in special projects as needed
