- Provide administrative support to the President and assist with office management responsibilities
- Serve as an energetic, friendly and knowledgeable first point of contact for on-site visitors
- Arrange domestic travel for executives
- Manage a complex executive calendar and coordinate all internal meetings
- Maintain office supply and equipment inventory, placing orders with vendors when necessary
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Organize, distribute, and ship packages and packages to appropriate contacts
- Create and issue visitor badges
- Plan events such as holiday parties, anniversary/birthday celebrations and volunteer outings
- Assist in on-boarding process for new hires
- Minimum of 2 years’experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Manager
- Experience with military or government is a huge plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
