Grade 9: One year of full-time experience at the Grade 7 level that is close or similar to the work of this job. The experience includes activities such as managing management's calendar, schedules, and meetings times; reserving and sets up conference rooms for events, researching special projects/assignments and providing the desired information in either written or oral format to the team leader, and gathering necessary supporting data to management or team leaders for improvement.
Part-time and/or unpaid experience related to this position will be considered to determine the total number of years and months of experience. Be sure to note the number of paid or unpaid hours worked each week.
Grade 9: Two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master’s or equivalent degree related to this
position may be substituted to meet the experience requirements.

- Knowledge of wide range of administrative practice and procedures to manage government travel, time keeping, files maintenance, and recommend solutions to problems in administrative procedures or work processes.
- Skill in using Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel.
- Ability to produce and analyze reports, spreadsheets, tables, charts, and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to communicate orally.
- Ability to communicate in writing.
Best Qualified Category - Meets the minimum qualification requirements and excels in most of the job related competencies above.
Qualified - Meets the minimum qualification requirements, but does not satisfy most of the job related competencies above to a substantive degree.
