Office Manager/Human Resources Specialist

Carday Associates, Inc., a TPA firm located in Columbia, MD, is looking for an Office Manager/Human Resources Specialist in our Washington, DC location.  The successful candidate will have a proven background in day to day management of a busy office with a staff of 18, as well as experience with health and pension benefits.  The position requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to interact with other professionals providing services to our client.  Experience with Word and Excel is a must.  Candidates must have an educational background in benefits, as well as at least 5 years’ experience in a related position.
